About PEPC/HOPE

The course is meticulously drafted to nurture the minds of second- and third-year students with the technical acumen and practical expertise in the realm of embedded systems and the dynamic landscape of IoT technologies.

It has two modules, one for each academic year.

  1. During the first year the students are taught the fundamentals of embedded systems and IoT using common microprocessors and controllers.
  2. They are motivated to come up with innovative projects and take part in Hackathon and project Expos.
  3. During the second year they are taught the key concepts in Embedded C programming, Embedded Linux and RTOS along with STM microcontrollers.
  4. Students also take up certifications to validate their knowledge in these technologies.
Hardware/Software/Tools
  • Hardware: AWS, LoRa, STM-32, Raspberry pie, ESP-32, Arduino, sensors for IoT.
  • Software: Cube MX IDE, Arduino IDE, Keil MDK.
Industry Collaboration HCL Embedded DADB: German Academy of Digital Education
